Mark and Crea should be sperate. Mark is the human and Crea is the Akuma and used to be an human when she was alive. --Cococrash11 00:11, January 7, 2011 (UTC)

Viz[]

Why use the Viz? Isn't there a data book for about this. What does it say in the original manga and not Viz? --Cococrash11 22:00, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

Because the data book isn't available in English. .Seshat. 22:10, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

There is a data book for D. Gray-man? Wheres the link in this wiki? --Cococrash11 00:12, January 20, 2011 (UTC)

There isn't a link for it; no one's scanned it in its entirety, and it's in Japanese. It's not available in any other language. There are fan translations of it, though; if you google "D.Gray-Man fanbook", they're some of the first results. If you go to http://www.hlj.com/product/SYU74248, you'll end up at a website where buying it is an option, but it's always out of stock; it's three years old, I don't think they print it anymore.

Because it's only available in Japanese, the only translations of it, again, are fan translations, and since we have Viz media, those are the translations we should be using. Are Viz translations good? Usually they are, but they seemed to have had an aneurism while doing the D.Gray-Man translations, so no, not really. You asked what it says in the original manga, not the Viz? Who knows. Fan translators can't agree, and the only official translations we have are the Viz ones. As soon as an English fanbook comes out, we can use those (especially if they debunk the Viz translations), but until then, Viz translations are the ones we should be using, not more fan translations. .Seshat. 01:22, January 20, 2011 (UTC)

Make sense. --Cococrash11 02:52, January 20, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, it's out of stock... I've tried looking everywhere; Barnes and Noble, Boarders, Amazon... Ebay has some, though. o.o Dear lord, it's on Ebay... Must... buy! *runs off to ebay* .Seshat. 03:05, January 20, 2011 (UTC)
